I intend to put in cave sounds in to the game like dripping water to make the player feel as if they are in a ruin.

Music

There will be a peaceful sound track playing every now and then that will blend in with the cave sounds.

Schedule

I will work on the game each week when as I go through the Unity Tutorials throughout each week. I will start with making the player and puzzles work then work on the levels and finish by making the graphics .

  1. Very nice idea with the ruins and exploring. I think it sounds amazing and I would love to be able to play it. The idea is friendly and seems to be relaxing. I also haven't seen a lot of game ideas that have an inventory or picking up objects so that will be a nice added feature. I can see your inspiration in the post and to be honest this would be the type of game I would play.

  2. Hey just after looking at the rest of your blogs and the layout of them all is very easy to read the gaps between the paragraph makes it easier to indicate when there is a new heading. In terms of your game the idea is great ! I could imagine myself playing this game and getting frustrated when not being able to find the puzzles haha, any idea what the special items will be ? perhaps coins with the different colours ? I like the idea of the cave having the sound of the dripping water, how about having an animal sound to make the player try figure the puzzle faster as think an animal is coming and the game will be over? hope it works out for you- Niamh

  3. Hi Aleksander, I'm just after reading your game design document and I think your game idea is looking very well right now. I like the fact that player in to a new ruin and has to solve puzzles find keys and use his brain this I suppose involves a lot of brain and strategy work and I like that. And what are the things blocking the player from completing the game or are there levels to complete. Also will there be different modes for the puzzles like easy, medium and hard?Besides all of that I hope your game turns out the way you want it to go. Good Luck!

  4. HI! I just read your game design document and I have to say I am so excited to see the final product . I think you've put great thought into this game and really hope it works well for you. One question I had was what is the special item going to be? I like that your game is pretty unique. Goodluck with the rest of the process!
